This section can be considered either a short development section, or a transition to the return of the A section. The continuous 32nd notes resume, and the harmony becomes extremely chromatic, before settling onto the dominant of the home key of B-flat minor. Study and play this harmonic reduction to ingrain the chords and hand positions in your memory.
