Examples with Single and Double Rotations

I have chosen three subjects from Bach’s Two-Part Inventions to illustrate the mix of single and double rotations we will typically find in the repertoire. I have marked these examples up to aim to minimise any confusion. Single rotations are slurred and beamed together (this is not intended to show articulation); double rotations are written as longer note values (in the alternative views).
