Piano Technique Lecture Series

Beginner Exercises (1)

Dozen a Day

Imaginatively presented with descriptive titles and appealing stick figure drawings, the exercises from Dozen a Day are short and sweet, and easily memorable. Provided they are done well, they can be incorporated into a piano lesson without taking up too much time. Even though Dozen a Day has been around for decades, they have certainly withstood the test of time. Despite major upgrades in the way technique is taught, this graded series contains material that is still suitable for technical development.
