Frequently asked questions
Is your site secure and / or do you store my credit card details?
Our site uses industry standard 128-bit encryption to protect your information. Furthermore, we do not ever store your card details on our servers or have direct access to them as these are handled directly by Stripe which is our state of the art payments gateway.
How am I billed?
Depending on the subscription option you’ve chosen, you are either billed monthly or annually in advance. If you’ve subscribed to the Premium option, you will be billed an additional £20 as a once-off fee for the eBook bundles but thereafter your subscription will be the same price as the standard annual subscription.
Can I change the credit card I use to pay for my subscription?
Yes, you can change your card details at any time via the “My Account” link once logged-in.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes, you can change your subscription at any time. If you upgrade then you will be charged the difference between your current subscription option and the upgrade option. If you downgrade from an annual / premium subscription to the monthly option then the pro-rata portion of your original subscription fee will be set-off as a credit against future payments.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, your subscription will run until the end of the subscription billing period (end of the month or end of the year depending on what subscription option you purchased). Please note that if you cancel a premium subscription, you will continue to have access to the eBooks and Study Editions even after cancelling but therefore will not be refunded the once-off £20 fee for this option.
