Experiment with adding small wrist hinges in the RH triplets. There is also gentle activity in the finger tips as fingers stay super-close to the keys. The LH octaves may be fingered throughout using thumb and 5th finger. The suggested finger substitutions, once mastered, allow a very smooth transition from one octave to the next, but are by no means necessary.
